Delivery time and price
The delivery time of the order is up to 3 working days for larger settlements, for the rest the delivery depends on the specific delivery schedule of the courier. In some cases, the delivery time may increase, of which the User will be notified in a timely manner. During promotional days (e.g. Black Friday) there may be a minimal delay for some orders.
Delivery is carried out by courier companies - SPEEDY or ECONT for Bulgaria from Monday to Saturday to the User's address. In case you wish to receive your shipment to an office of the courier company, please mention it explicitly to the operator when confirming the order.
Delivery time
- all orders are delivered within 3 business days from the day the order is processed.
- orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
- orders placed on official holidays or non-working days are processed on the first working day.
Shipments are sent with the "Open before paying" option, with returns being at the customer's expense.
If the customer wishes, the shipment can be sent with the "Priority Delivery" option only for cities where the courier company SPEEDY has offices. The service is paid additionally by the customer.
SPEEDY
For purchases up to €60. with delivery to a SPEEDY office is €3.06, to an address specified by the customer is €3.57. For purchases over €60 and after deducting all discounts, vouchers, promotions, etc. on the territory of Bulgaria, delivery is FREE. When choosing Cash on Delivery, an additional fee of +€1.02 is paid in all cases.
ECONT
For purchases up to €75 with delivery to an ECONT office or to the User's address, the price is determined according to the ECONT courier's tariff table. For purchases over €75 and after deducting all discounts, vouchers, promotions, etc., delivery to an ECONT office in Bulgaria is FREE. When choosing Cash on Delivery to an ECONT office and the order value is more than €75, an additional fee of +2.05 € is paid.
To calculate shipping to other countries, you can use the calculation table of the supplier used.
In the packaging of each purchased product, the User receives a document confirming the payment made.
The goods requested by the User when ordering are delivered in a suitable form to the delivery address specified by the User within the previously agreed delivery period. The ordered item is delivered to the delivery address of the User or to a third party representative of the User, who accepts and confirms by signing the accompanying documents, serving as confirmation of receipt of the shipment, the receipt by the User.
In the event that the User is not found within the delivery period of the goods or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, the Supplier is released from its obligation to deliver the requested goods.
The consumer may confirm his wish to receive the goods even after the initial delivery deadline, in which he was not found at the address, by bearing all delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery deadline begins to run from the moment of confirmation under the previous sentence.
If you wish to exchange or return items purchased from the online store, the courier service to our address is at the customer's expense.
