This text contains the General Terms and Conditions, according to which “New Style” Ltd - https://stylermen.com provides its services to its Users through its official online store for Europe: https://stylermen.com. These terms and conditions are binding on all users. By ordering goods, the User expressly agrees and fully accepts to comply with these General Terms and Conditions. Visiting and browsing the store does not require registration of Users. Registration is required to use certain services offered by https://stylermen.com.
With registration, the User receives his/her own personalized identification profile. The User has the right at any time to change the data entered during registration, as well as any information requested by him/her in connection with the use of the services offered by https://stylermen.com/ The User expressly agrees that the online store has the right to collect and use information in connection with registration for the use of the services of https://stylermen.com
The information through which the person can be identified may include name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and any other information that the person provides voluntarily during registration. The information also includes any other that the User enters, uses or provides when requesting, receiving or using goods and services by participating in promotions, raffles and competitions, filling out questionnaires, questionnaires, forms and others. The User may request access to correct or delete the registration and the information attached to it at any time.
“New Style” Ltd has the right at any time to change the content of the site and these General Terms and Conditions for its use, without having an obligation to notify Users in advance of the changes. The amended General Terms and Conditions for the use of the online store are published and are available to all Users.
“New Style” Ltd provides Users with the opportunity to publish Feedback by posting comments in the online store. The opportunity is provided to publish comments about the products and services of “New Style” Ltd and the content of the site. To post comments on https://stylermen.com, registration of Users is required.
Users undertake not to publish comments or opinions with obscene content, such as those inciting violence, ethnic or religious intolerance, or damaging the prestige of the company. “New Style” Ltd. has the right to censor comments and opinions published on www.stylermen.com in violation of the rules under the previous sentence.
“New Style” Ltd. is not responsible for the content, truthfulness and origin of the comments published on www.stylermen.com “New Style” Ltd. has the right to notify the relevant authorities or institutions and to provide information about authors of comments or opinions that violate Bulgarian legislation.
By publishing a comment or opinion, the User confirms that he is familiar with these terms, that he accepts them and undertakes to comply with them.

I. Terms for ordering goods:
Order - The delivery of goods from “New Style” Ltd through the online store takes place after confirmed registration and an order for the delivery of goods. In the order, the User enters, in addition to delivery data, also a payment method and a contact phone number.
Confirmation and execution of orders – After finalizing the order in the online store, you will receive an automatic confirmation with all the information about your order at the e-mail address you provided.
“New Style” Ltd. reserves the right not to fulfill an order placed through the online store if the User’s filled-in data is incorrect, or if the ordered goods are not available. The operator of “New Style” Ltd. is obliged to notify the User of this on the provided contact phone number.
The User may cancel or change an order before its confirmation by the operator. In case of cancellation of an order, if the User has paid the amount by bank transfer, it is refunded to his account. The User pays the value of the order at the prices indicated in the order. In case the product cannot be delivered, the operator may offer an alternative product with similar characteristics and price, which the User has the right to accept or refuse.

II. Delivery time and price:
Delivery from the online store within the Republic of Bulgaria is carried out by the courier company SPEEDY and ECONT. The delivery time is three working days. Exceptions are promotional days such as Black Friday. For Europe the delivery is carried out by the specific couriers related to your country for about a week to a fortnight. In case of a delay in delivery, regardless of the reasons, the operator of “New Style” Ltd is obliged to notify the User of this and indicate a new delivery date. III. Terms and methods of payment:
cash on delivery or Paypal (if you choose to pay with Paypal, you can choose your own currency)

IV. Delivery of goods:
The user receives the goods from an employee of the courier company with which “New Style” Ltd has concluded a contract. Upon delivery of the goods, the user receives an invoice or cash receipt, as well as signs the accompanying documents certifying receipt of the goods.

V. Return of goods
In the event of refusal by the user to pay for goods ordered via a courier with cash on delivery, the user must pay all fees charged by the courier for the return of the relevant goods. The user has the right to return goods purchased by him from the online store within 14 working days of delivery. The goods must be fully equipped, unused, with the accompanying documentation and in excellent commercial condition. In this case, the User has the right to receive back the amount paid by him within 30 days of receiving the goods to the bank account indicated by him in the Declaration.

VI. Warranty conditions
All goods offered at www.stylermen.com are new. “New Style” Ltd. guarantees the quality of the items offered in the online store with proper treatment and strict adherence to the instructions on the labels of each item.

VII. PERSONAL DATA:
In order for us to fulfill your request, you must provide a correct address for receiving the order, a telephone number and an e-mail for contact. The data you provide should be true, complete and accurate and, if the latter changes, update them promptly so that we can be as useful as possible to you.
In connection with the new European Union Regulation (GDPR) for the protection of personal data, which entered into force on May 25, 2018, "Nov Style" Ltd. is committed to storing the information of its Clients with their explicit consent. No part of this data will be used for other purposes or provided to third parties.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the CUSTOMER has the right to access his/her own PERSONAL DATA, which he/she provided when filling out the registration form, as well as to correct this DATA.
By accepting these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the CUSTOMERS expressly agree to the PERSONAL DATA provided by them to be processed by “New Style” Ltd in the event of a purchase of goods. All DATA voluntarily submitted by the CUSTOMER are stored, processed and used by “New Style” Ltd solely and exclusively for the purposes of advertising, communication and for marking the purchases made and the use of the relevant discounts.
“New Style” Ltd expressly informs the CUSTOMER that there are no persons who, for advertising purposes, may obtain his/her PERSONAL DATA without his/her consent. “New Style” Ltd. reserves the right to use PERSONAL DATA to reveal the identity of the CLIENT in cases where this is necessary to comply with the law, legal procedures or to comply with these terms and conditions.
All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and good will. In the event that no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes arising from or relating to the contract between the parties, including disputes arising from or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes to fill gaps in the contract or adapt it to newly emerged circumstances, shall be resolved by judicial procedure by the competent court of the relevant city.
With these General Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of direct marketing. The user has the right to refuse the processing of his personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including against receiving promotional offers and advertisements for products and services, by sending a written message to the e-mail address: shop@styler.bg
The prices of the goods and services described on www.stylermen.com include VAT, "New Style" Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these General Terms and Conditions, the information published on www.stylermen.com is the property of "New Style" Ltd. It is PROHIBITED to copy, transmit, distribute and store part or all of the content without the express written consent of "New Style" Ltd. Users have the right to view and print excerpts from www.stylermen.com ONLY for their personal use.

VIII. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND RECEIVING VIP CARD STYLER
Please read the TERMS and Conditions listed below, governing the registration method and the conditions for participation of clients of “New Style” Ltd to receive a VIP CARD STYLER and, if you agree with them, fill out the application. “New Style” Ltd is a company registered under the Commercial Code of the Republic of Bulgaria, with headquarters and management address: Plovdiv, Trakia District, 58 Tsar Simeon Str., represented by Silvia Kanevska. STYLER is a registered trademark of “New Style” Ltd in the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria under No. 99619 from 2007. “New Style” Ltd. is registered with the Personal Data Protection Commission under No. 1137325/2010, regarding the data voluntarily provided by CLIENTS in connection with an application for a VIP CARD STYLER. Everyone who has applied for a VIP CARD STYLER, a client (hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT) is entitled to:
1. A year-round discount on the retail price of any product sold in a STYLER store in Plovdiv, which is not on a seasonal discount or does not participate in other promotions and promotions.
2. A year-round discount on the retail price of any product from stylermen.com, which is not on a seasonal discount or does not participate in other promotions and promotions.
3. VIP CARD STYLER are entitled to use a discount only in the following stores:
city of Plovdiv, Trakia district, 58 Tsar Simeon Str.;
4. Initially, the card gives you a 10% discount.
5. The discount is valid from the moment of receiving the card.
6. The maximum discount that you can use with VIP CARD STYLER is 20%.
8. If the card is not used in within 12 months, it is automatically deleted from the database and cannot be used.
8. To use discounts with VIP CARD STYLER again, you must meet all the above requirements.
9. The client must have a registered profile in the stylermen.com database if he wants to monitor the accumulated points and his % discount at any time.
10. The “STYLER” gift voucher is a holder of points in VIP CARD STYLER, but when using it, the client cannot use his discount.
11. When using a gift voucher, a client who already owns a VIP CARD STYLER must provide his card in order for the points to be accumulated in his profile.
12. Points are accumulated at the time of using the voucher, not when purchasing it. i.e. when purchasing items from the above-mentioned stores that are not in another promotion.
13. When using a gift voucher over 200 BGN in the above-mentioned stores, if desired, the client receives a VIP CARD STYLER.

CLIENTS undertake to comply with the same TERMS and CONDITIONS, as well as all other conditions regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and international law, even if they are not mentioned in the current TERMS and CONDITIONS.
STYLER reserves the right to make changes to the conditions for use of the VIP card, as well as to the list of participating stores.
The email address to which CLIENTS can ask all their questions regarding the conditions and use of the card is shop@styler.bg THE CLIENT AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM AND RECEIVING THEIR CARD AND HE CONSIDERS HE IS FAMILIAR WITH THEM, ACCEPTS THEM AND COMMITS TO COMPLY WITH THEM.
THE CLIENT VOLUNTARILY AGREES to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about himself when filling out the registration form (hereinafter referred to as PERSONAL DATA), as well as to make changes to these PERSONAL DATA, if necessary, in order to ensure their truthfulness, accuracy, currentness and completeness. In the event that the CLIENT provides false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, STYLER has the right to deny him the use of the discounts provided for CLIENTS.
The CLIENT is entitled to take advantage of the discounts provided for CLIENTS after meeting the above requirements and completing the registration process, consisting of filling out the application and receiving a personal card with a unique number and barcode. THE CLIENT is responsible for storing and protecting his card, as well as for maintaining the confidentiality of the data contained therein. The CLIENT agrees not to provide his card to third parties, as well as to immediately notify STYLER of any unauthorized use of his card. In case of loss or accidental destruction of the card, STYLER does not create a new one. STYLER is not responsible for any damage and losses arising from failure to comply with the provisions of this point. THE CLIENT expressly agrees to receive any advertising messages in the above-mentioned store at the e-mail address and correspondence address specified by him. VIP CARD STYLER is indefinite. STYLER reserves the right to automatically deregister any CLIENT who has not purchased goods from the specified store for a period of 12 consecutive months. STYLER reserves the right at any time to deregister a CLIENT who violates these terms and conditions. THE CLIENT uses an annual discount, which is recorded in the VIP card application. The card cannot be combined with other promotions or cards. STYLER thanks all its loyal customers.
