The user has the right to return the goods purchased by him only from the online store within 14 /fourteen/ working days from the date of delivery. The goods must be in full condition, in their original packaging, labels, ONLINE SALES document and in excellent commercial condition.

     If a defective product is found within 24 hours of receipt and if the commercial condition of the goods is not impaired, we undertake to replace it with a new one or to refund the value of the goods paid by you. In this case, the user has the right to receive back the amount paid by him by bank transfer, within 14 days of returning the goods and filling out a Declaration.
