Delivery information

Delivery and prices

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We ship from Plovdiv, Bulgaria to every EU country. The available delivery options and the estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout.

  • Order processing: orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Delays: during large campaigns (e.g. Black Friday) there may be a short delay; we will let you know in good time.

Delivery rates

Romania (Cargus, FAN Courier or Sameday):

  • Delivery: 9.99 €

  • FREE delivery on orders over 100.00 €.

Other EU countries:

  • Delivery: 16.00 €

  • FREE delivery on orders over 120.00 €.

Returns

  • You can return items bought online within 14 working days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all labels and in their original packaging.

  • Important: the shipping costs of returns and exchanges are paid by the customer.

Receiving your order

  1. Documents: after you order, you will receive an order confirmation and a payment document by email.

  2. Invoices and special requests: if you need an invoice or have any other special request, please add it in the order note at checkout.

  3. Failed delivery: if you cannot be reached at the address within the delivery period, the courier is released from its obligation to deliver. If you ask for a second delivery attempt, its costs are paid by you.
