Refund policy

You may return goods bought from our online store within 14 (fourteen) working days of delivery. Items must be complete, in their original packaging, with all labels, the ONLINE SALE document, and in perfect resaleable condition.

If you find a defective product within 24 hours of receiving it, and the item is otherwise in resaleable condition, we will replace it with a new one or refund the price you paid. In this case you are entitled to a bank transfer refund within 14 days of the goods being returned and the return declaration being completed. The declaration is included in every parcel we send, and is also available in the online returns/exchange form. Important for exchanges or complaints about items bought in a PROMOTION (for example "Buy 2/3 items with -20%/-30%" or similar offers): please contact us first at +359 886 907790. If you bought three or more items and return some of them without an exchange so that two remain, the promotion changes to 2 = -20%. If only one item remains, all promotional discounts are cancelled and that item is charged at the regular single-item price. The cost of returning goods is paid by the customer.

Refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 (fourteen) working days.

Items can only be returned to the address above: New Style Ltd., 58 Tsar Simeon St., Trakia, 4023 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Goods cannot be returned to STYLER retail stores.

New Style Ltd. guarantees the high quality of the items offered in the online store, provided they are cared for correctly and the instructions on each item's label are strictly followed.
