Terms of service

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the “Consumer” is anyone who accesses the online store https://stylermen.com, and the “Supplier” is the owner of the store – New Style Ltd. („Нов Стил“ ООД), UIC 115752718, registered office: 58 Tsar Simeon Blvd., Trakia, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Contact: e-mail shop@styler.bg, phone +359 886 907790, +359 886 406868

This text contains the Terms and Conditions under which New Style Ltd. provides its services to Consumers through its official online stores https://stylermen.com and https://styler.bg. These terms are binding on all users. By ordering goods, the Consumer expressly agrees to and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. Visiting and browsing the store does not require registration. Registration is required to use certain services offered by the store.

By registering, the Consumer receives a personal profile for identification. The Consumer may at any time change the data entered at registration, as well as any information provided in connection with the use of the services offered by the store. The Consumer expressly agrees that the online store may collect and use information in connection with registration for its services.

Information that can identify a person may include first name, surname, delivery address, telephone and any other information the person provides voluntarily at registration. It also includes any other information the Consumer enters, uses or provides when ordering, receiving or using goods and services, including through participation in promotions, prize draws and competitions, or by completing surveys, questionnaires, forms and the like. The Consumer may at any time request access to, correction of or deletion of their registration and the related information.

New Style Ltd. may change the content of the website and these Terms and Conditions at any time, without being obliged to notify Consumers in advance. The amended Terms and Conditions are published and available to all Consumers.

New Style Ltd. gives Consumers the opportunity to leave feedback by posting comments in the online store about the products and services of New Style Ltd. and the content of the website. Registration is required to post comments.

Consumers undertake not to post comments or opinions with obscene content, content inciting violence, ethnic or religious intolerance, or content damaging the company's reputation. New Style Ltd. may remove comments and opinions posted in breach of these rules.

New Style Ltd. is not responsible for the content, truthfulness and origin of comments posted in the store. New Style Ltd. may notify the relevant authorities or institutions and provide information about authors of comments or opinions that breach Bulgarian law.

By posting a comment or opinion, the Consumer confirms that they have read these terms, accept them and undertake to comply with them.

I. Ordering goods

Order – goods are delivered by New Style Ltd. through the online store after the data has been confirmed and an order for delivery has been placed. In the order, the Consumer enters the delivery details, the payment method, a contact telephone number, e-mail address and postcode.

Order confirmation and fulfilment – after the order is completed in the online store, you will receive an automatic confirmation with all the details of your order at the e-mail address you provided.

New Style Ltd. reserves the right not to fulfil an order placed through the online store if the Consumer's details are incorrect or if the ordered goods are out of stock. The operator of New Style Ltd. will inform the Consumer of this by telephone.

The Consumer may cancel or change the order until it has been dispatched. If the order is cancelled and the Consumer has already paid by bank transfer, the amount is refunded to their account. The Consumer pays for the order at the prices stated in the order. If a product cannot be delivered, the operator may offer an alternative product with similar characteristics and price, which the Consumer may accept or decline.

II. Delivery time and price

Deliveries from the online store to other EU countries are made by courier. The available delivery options, the delivery price and the estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout; the current rates are listed on the Delivery information page. Deliveries within the Republic of Bulgaria are made by the couriers Speedy and Econt, usually within three working days. Promotional days such as Black Friday may take longer. If delivery is delayed for any reason, the operator of New Style Ltd. will inform the Consumer and give a new delivery date.

III. Payment methods

The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout and may include:
1. Cash on delivery
2. Google Pay / Apple Pay
3. Bank card
4. PayPal

IV. Delivery of goods

The Consumer receives the goods from an employee of the courier company with which New Style Ltd. has a contract. On delivery, the Consumer receives an invoice or receipt and signs the accompanying documents confirming receipt of the goods.

V. Returns

If the Consumer refuses to pay for goods ordered by courier with cash on delivery, the Consumer must pay all charges made by the courier for returning the goods. The Consumer may return goods bought from the online store within 14 working days of delivery. The goods must be complete, unused, with the accompanying documents and in perfect resaleable condition. In this case the Consumer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid within 30 days of the goods being received, to the bank account stated in the return declaration.

VI. Warranty

All goods offered in the online store are new. New Style Ltd. guarantees the quality of the items offered in the online store, provided they are cared for correctly and the instructions on each item's label are strictly followed.

VII. Personal data

To fulfil your order, you must provide a correct delivery address, telephone and e-mail address. The data you provide must be true, complete and accurate, and you should update it promptly if it changes, so that we can serve you as well as possible.

In accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force since 25 May 2018, New Style Ltd. undertakes to store its Customers' information only with their express consent. No part of this data will be used for other purposes or provided to third parties.

In accordance with the applicable data protection law, the CUSTOMER has the right to access the PERSONAL DATA they provided when completing the registration form, and to have that DATA corrected.

By accepting these TERMS, CUSTOMERS expressly agree that the PERSONAL DATA they provide may be processed by New Style Ltd. when goods are purchased. All DATA voluntarily provided by the CUSTOMER is stored, processed and used by New Style Ltd. solely for the purposes of advertising, communication, recording purchases and applying the relevant discounts.

New Style Ltd. expressly informs the CUSTOMER that no one may obtain their PERSONAL DATA for advertising purposes without their consent. New Style Ltd. reserves the right to use PERSONAL DATA to disclose the CUSTOMER's identity where this is necessary to comply with the law, legal procedures or these terms.

All disputes between the parties shall be settled in a spirit of understanding and good will. If no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes arising from or relating to the contract between the parties, including disputes about its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, and disputes about filling gaps in the contract or adapting it to new circumstances, shall be settled by the competent court.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Consumer agrees to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes. The Consumer may object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing, including receiving promotional offers and advertising of products and services, by writing to shop@styler.bg.

Prices of goods and services shown in the online store include VAT. New Style Ltd. reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, the information published in the online store is the property of New Style Ltd. Copying, transmitting, distributing or storing part or all of the content without the express written consent of New Style Ltd. is prohibited. Users may view and print extracts for their personal use ONLY.

VIII. Registration and the STYLER VIP CARD

Please read carefully these terms governing registration and participation in the loyalty programme of New Style Ltd. By completing an application or accepting the card, you agree to the following. New Style Ltd. is a company registered under the Commerce Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, with its registered office and address of management at 58 Tsar Simeon St., Trakia, Plovdiv, represented by Silviya Kanevska. STYLER is a registered trademark of New Style Ltd. at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, No. 99619 of 2007. New Style Ltd. is registered with the Commission for Personal Data Protection under No. 1137325/2010 in respect of the data provided voluntarily by CUSTOMERS in connection with an application for the STYLER VIP CARD. Every customer who has applied for a STYLER VIP CARD (hereinafter the CUSTOMER) has the right:

1. To receive the STYLER VIP CARD, the customer must reach a set threshold of total completed orders.
2. When the required amount is reached, the customer can contact our team through the contact form on the website or by phone on +359 886 907790 to check and issue the card.
3. New Style Ltd. reserves the right to contact the customer on its own initiative (through their account or by phone) to issue a card if the system shows that the loyalty conditions have been met.
4. The cardholder is entitled to a year-round discount on the retail price of any item in the authorised STYLER store at 58 Tsar Simeon St., Plovdiv, that is not in a seasonal sale or another promotion.
5. The cardholder is entitled to a year-round discount on the retail price of any item in the online store that is not in a seasonal sale or another promotion.
6. Initially the card gives a 10% discount, effective from the moment the card is received or activated.
7. The maximum discount that can be reached and used with the STYLER VIP CARD is 20%.
8. To track accumulated points and the current discount, the customer must have a registered account in the store's database.
9. A STYLER gift voucher earns points on the STYLER VIP CARD, but when using it the customer cannot use their current percentage discount.
10. When using a gift voucher, the customer must present their VIP card so that the points are added to their account.
11. Points are earned when the voucher is actually used to buy items (that are not in another promotion), not when the voucher is purchased.
12. To keep and use their discounts, the customer must meet the current requirements of the loyalty programme set by New Style Ltd.

CUSTOMERS undertake to comply with these TERMS, as well as with all other conditions governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and international law, even if they are not mentioned in these TERMS.

STYLER reserves the right to change the terms of use of the VIP card, as well as the list of participating stores.

CUSTOMERS can send any questions about the terms and use of the card to shop@styler.bg. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM AND RECEIVING THEIR CARD, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND IS DEEMED TO HAVE READ, ACCEPTED AND UNDERTAKEN TO COMPLY WITH THEM.

THE CUSTOMER AGREES VOLUNTARILY to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about themselves when completing the registration form (hereinafter PERSONAL DATA), and to update this PERSONAL DATA when necessary to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If the CUSTOMER provides false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, STYLER may refuse them the discounts provided for CUSTOMERS.

The CUSTOMER becomes entitled to the discounts provided for CUSTOMERS after meeting the above requirements and completing the registration process, which consists of completing the application, and receives a personal card with a unique number and barcode. The CUSTOMER is responsible for keeping the card safe and for the confidentiality of the data it contains. The CUSTOMER agrees not to give the card to third parties and to notify STYLER immediately of any unauthorised use of the card. If the card is lost or accidentally destroyed, STYLER does not issue a new one. STYLER is not liable for any damage or loss arising from failure to comply with this clause. The CUSTOMER expressly agrees to receive any advertising messages from the store at the e-mail and postal address they provided. The STYLER VIP CARD has no expiry date. STYLER reserves the right to automatically deregister any CUSTOMER who has not bought goods from the store for 12 consecutive months. STYLER also reserves the right to deregister at any time a CUSTOMER who breaches these terms. The CUSTOMER receives the year-round discount recorded in the VIP card application. The card cannot be combined with other promotions or cards.
