When ordering on a business day, before 16:00, the shipments are sent on the same day. If the order is placed after 16:00 or on a non-business day, it will be sent on the first working day that follows.
Delivery is carried out by courier service. The shipments are sent to the address specified by the customer.
Depending on the couriers workload, delivery takes between 1 and 5 days.

The customer has the right to replace the product within 14 days without giving a reason. For more information, see the Shopping 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Return Policy' pages
